Kisi ko Smile dena (:

 It was a month of January .Delhi NCR was freezing and there was no let up in icy winds. At  9 a.m, when I stepped out of my house to rush for the morning class, I encountered a subtle view of Gurgaon. Clouds hovered...and then there was unusual morning silence in the street.. I wanted to enjoy that weather...holding a mug of coffee in my hand..sitting near the window ... talking with my roommates... I was heading towards the college...lost in my chain of thoughts when a rickshaw puller addressed me "Madam, Rickshaw chaihye kya?( Do you want a conveyance? ) .. I wanted to walk in that lovely weather to reach  my college when it started pouring..  I placed my self in a rickshaw by giving him an assent and  told him my destination when a girl called the rickshaw puller and asked him to drop her half a way of my destination. I scooted over so that she could sit. We exchanged smile and greeted each other... She opened up her umbrella  upside down to rest it on our lap to avoid tiny droplets...
                                 In that 2 min stint of a ride, we could only  had a small introduction about ourselves....When we were parting it started raining more...She showed concern about my reaching  to college without an umbrella as I would be drenched in rain....

She said " Oh!! I pray to God that you reach safely to your destined place and may it stop raining by the time you reach there.."

She murmured this prayer for my safety and we parted..Her words moved me completely.. She left an impression of humanity over me...

We scarcely knew each other and talked just for minute and a half.. Her words made me feel positive and I was happy to receive them.. I realized the importance of being human at that moment as it is a human who can prevail humanity...by a word of love ..through smile...through concern ..... sometimes by rendering help...

The girl made my day... I reached to destined place safely without being drenched...

Start every day with a smile so that we can bring a smile to someone's face..Pray for every one every day..Render help and caress without a reason ...Look the Sun is Shining in your heart..what a day..it is your day...Open Happiness everyday..!!!  :)  (:
